Two-stage competition for awarding planning services in the area of execution within the framework of the VgV. The number of participants is limited to 3. The competition is preceded by an application process with the selection of the participants.

To plan the measure, engineering services in accordance with HOAI in the areas of object planning, technical equipment, structural planning and surveying must be provided.

Planning services of object planning for civil engineering structures, technical equipment in service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI as well as structural engineering, as well as surveying services and local construction supervision as well as other special services for the measure described above.

The engineering services are awarded in the form of a stage contract for individual service phases. The continuation of benefits from performance phase 7 is subject to the granting of a grant.

Rehabilitation planning as well as rehabilitation and construction of sludge treatment plant components including peripheral plants on a wastewater treatment plant with an expansion size of 132,000 population equivalents with the following plant components:

- Fremdschlammannahme

- Fettannahme

- Primärschlammbehandlung/Primärschlammabzug

- Überschussschlammbehandlung

- Sludge digestion and digester gas power generation, including the construction of a new second digester, gas treatment and CHP

- Digested sludge treatment with renewal MSE

- Construction of a separate process water treatment plant as a 2-stage deammonification

- further plant components of the medium-voltage distribution, low-voltage sub-distributions of the affected plant components and renewal of NEA as well as expansion and adaptation of the heat supply and distribution

- structural renovations of small structures (pumping stations, shafts)

- Renewal of a section (company building, E- and M-Werkstatt Süd) of the surface drainage system
