Wheelchair service for NHS Portsmouth, NHS South Eastern Hampshire and NHS Fareham and Gosport CCGs. The service will include assessment, supply and maintenance of wheelchairs standard and specialist as well as accessories for all ages. The service commencement date is 1.4.2020 for a 5 year contract with the option to extend up to 24 months. Value is for 7 years (5+2) including potential CQUIN. Subject to contract signature.
