Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder (OFA) [the Public Joint Procurement Scheme in Agder] wants to use this notice to inform the market that we will implement an open tender contest for delivery of the following to our municipal cooperation:
1) Toys and outdoor apparatus;
2) Toys (primarily for indoor use);
3) Art materials.
Tenderer can deliver an offer for part 1 and/or part 2 + 3.
It is not possible to only submit offers for part 2 or 3.
In the last 4 years, we have had a contract with Lekolar for part 1 + 2, but part 3 is new for us.
Since we have not implemented dialogue meetings with the market ahead of this notice, we have decided to give the competition more time than indicated in the requirements.
All correspondence must take place electronically through our system for electronic communication and tender delivery, KGV from EU-Supply.
