Building 1.331, consisting of the ground floor, 5 upper floors, basement and technical floor/roof, will be completely renovated and will receive new ventilation systems.Plant 1 consists of two units that will be housed in the basement and together provide a volume flow of approx. 36,000 cubic meters and supply the ground floor in which lecture halls are located. Another facility is located on the roof. This supplies the upper floors with approx. 70,000 cubic metres.An existing system is to be converted and later used for the ventilation of the toilet rooms (4,700 m³/h). A small system (1,000 m³/h) is intended for the ventilation of the technical rooms in the basement.

The sewer network consists of approx. 6,300 m² of galvanized sheet steel duct.
