The aim of procuring a shared GDPR system is to facilitate a shared management system where stakeholders in the municipalities, the collaboration and Indigo are well set-up to work together to develop, manage and document information processes rationally in line with the GDPR and the collaboration's digitalisation strategy.
A shared system provides an overview that makes it easy to develop shared procedures and templates, carry out shared security activities in a coordinated manner, verify that all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and requirements and that all processes and systems are appropriately secured by technical and organisational measures.
The overview of the ecosystem of information needs, security requirements and systems facilitates the overall development and management work and enables systematic and effective security and privacy management during the development and management of the collaboration's IT portfolio.
