Excavate 1,800 t of ballast in the sleeper area up to 10 cm below the lower edge of the sleeper, load it and transport it to the storage area, carry out ballast cleaning and load, move and reinstall it at the storage location after the sleeper has been replaced, deliver approx. 270 t of ballast as an additional penalty
On 650 metres of track, wooden sleepers in the existing building while retaining the Vignole rails, cleaning, loading, moving and flattening safely
Dismantle 10 sets of wooden sleepers in the existing building while retaining the turnouts, clean, load, move and flatten safely
Pick up 4,500 m of wooden sleeper and dispose of it properly
Deliver old-fashioned B53 concrete sleepers, including new rail fastening, on 650 metres of track and install them in the existing building under the Vignole rails
Align the height and direction of 1,200 metres of cross-sleeper track, including the switches, and stuff it up to the fixed position with a road-rail excavator / attachment implement, create a ballast cross-section
With 10 hand switches:
a) Rework closure with HU block
b) Improve the grinding of the rail cross profile, burr formation (6-8 mm)
c) Measuring the simple core of the EH
d) Welding a core piece up to 800 mm in length
e) Rework the Vignol longitudinal profile in terms of grinding technology (5-6 mm)
f) Rework support bracket Stü7 or Skm
g) Deliver and install wheel handlebar chair plates Rp 71/Oxx (of which 2 x special handlebar chair plates)
h) Replacement, delivery and installation of wheel arms RL 1-60
i) Deliver and install 56 m of grooved rails in the area in front of EH (for 2 crossings)
j) Supply and renew bolts, small irons and rail fasteners
k) Deliver 10 sets of new wooden sleepers incl. rail fastening system and install them in the existing building under the switches
l) On 600 m of switch track, BOA-approved chamber filler block elements are only supplied on the outside
