the purpose of the contract is the physical and telephone reception services by hosts, for the sites of the ENS de Lyon. These services include the following missions: Reception and access control from the reception desk; Management of the switchboard; Incident management - record keeping and handrails; Management of the reception area; Delivery of small and medium-sized parcels; Additional or exceptional services. The consultation will give rise to a non-allotised, single-awarded, composite framework agreement corresponding partly to an ordinary contract (recurring services) and partly to a framework agreement which will be executed as and when needed by issuing purchase orders (one-off services). It will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum in value for its total duration (including any renewals)
