The Awardee will be responsible for the supply of electricity to the Supply Points and will also be responsible for providing the services defined in the PPT, which, among others, involve the acquisition of electricity by taking all the appropriate steps before the distribution companies in relation to the activation, modification and cancellation of the contracts for Third Party Access to Networks (ATR), make any change in the Contracted Power and/or Access Tariffs, and act as an interlocutor with the Distributors in the claim of discounts for breaches of the quality of individual service due to lack of continuity in the supply.
