The order includes delivery, bringing to the sites, assembly, commissioning
and training employees of the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Stations in the use of the supplied equipment. The obligation to train workers shall cover only the supply of equipment for which such a requirement is indicated in the annexes with a detailed description of the technical requirements.
