Supply of filtration elements and various accessories of PALL or equivalent brands for the benefit of the French Navy

This notice concerns a defence or security contract for the purpose of "the supply of filtration elements and various accessories of PALL brands or equivalent for the benefit of the French Navy". It is part of a restricted tendering procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-2, L2325-1.1° and R2361-2 to R2361-6 and R2361-8 of the French Public Procurement Code

The framework agreement includes a single item composed of purchase orders (in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code) and orders for major technical contingencies (in accordance with Articles R. 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code). R. 2372-19 to 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code).
