EU tender ICT Hardware Achterhoek VO

The assignment includes:

- Giving (purchase) advice

- Supplying ICT Hardware

- Providing maintenance, service and warranty

- Supplying accessories / peripherals

- Unpacking and disposal of packaging material

- Delivering the ICT Hardware ready for use (in accordance with requirements)

Optionally included in the assignment:

- The removal of old hardware, including the delivery of the certificate of destruction

Outside the assignment:

- Supplying touchscreens

- Providing (mobile) telephony

The expected decrease per year is between 1,000,000 and 1,200,000 euros based on current depreciation. The assignment value is defined in the draft agreement. When this value is reached, the framework agreement expires.

It concerns a framework agreement for the duration of 2 fixed years and 2 option years. After these years, the Client no longer has the option to extend the Agreement.
