The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, hunting, secondary use as well as seed and selection, to be carried out at the Ełk Forest District in 2019.

The subject of the order was divided into 4 lots.

The estimated total value of the contract exceeds EUR 144 000 and includes:

1. value of the basic order

2. value of the option right with 20% of the value of the basic contract

3. value of anticipated 'similar' orders from art. 67.1.6 Public Procurement Law in the amount of 20% of the value of the basic order

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 24aa of the PPL, the Awarding Entity will apply an inverted principle of offer evaluation.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and hunting, side use as well as seed and selection resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates,

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
