Start of execution: within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the client (§ 5 paragraph 2 p. 2 VOB/B). The invitation is expected to be received by 01.11.2021. Your right of access pursuant to § 5 paragraph 2 p. 1 VOB/B remains unaffected by this.

Completion: within 124 working days or 5 months after the previous deadline for the start of execution.
