The Amt zarrentin intends to build a new office building yard in the industrial area of the city of Zarrentin am Schaalsee (district Zarrentin, corridor 7, parcel 172/17 and 173/8). The land acquisition of the site is currently taking place. It is a currently undeveloped / unpaved plot of 23,173 m². An open procedure in accordance with the VgV is carried out for the awarding of the planning service.
