The contract concerns the identification of an experienced and qualified operator to whom to entrust the task of carrying out a communication campaign for the Communications Guarantee Authority.
The assignment is aimed at ensuring the widest dissemination and awareness of consumer issues in the electronic communications sector, informing about the activities carried out by the Authority for guarantees in communications to protect consumers' rights, their rights and tools of self-protection. The communication campaign in question requires a communication strategy with a strong institutional value; conceived as a unicum, it has an immediate reflection on the image of the Authority, it must, therefore, be created by a supplier able to ensure all the services it consists of, with absolute professionalism and rigor, through the use of personnel of proven reliability and experience
