The subject of the contract is to act as an inspector of investor supervision of the electrical, sanitation and general engineering sectors over the implementation of the task entitled “Ecopartners for solar energy of Małopolska”.

1. The subject of the contract is to act as an inspector of investor supervision of electrical, sanitation and general engineering sectors over the implementation of the task entitled “Ecopartners for solar energy of Małopolska”.

2. Under this order, investor supervision covers the sanitary, electrical and general engineering industries.

3. The minimum quantity (basic range) envisaged for plant surveillance will be:

− 200 photovoltaic installations,

− 100 solar collector installations.

and the law option (additionally):

− 1600 photovoltaic installations,

− 514 solar collector installations.

4. The basic responsibilities of the Contractor is to provide an investor supervision inspector carrying out all the activities provided for the supervision inspector under the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 - construction law.
