Description:
Purchase/supply of laboratory equipment

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase/delivery of laboratory equipment to the Regional Blood Donation Centre

and Blood Treatment in Łódź, divided into two Packages (parts):

1) Package I – Self-rinsing centrifuge;

2) Package II – Laboratory refrigerated cabinet.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ.

3. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

4. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).

Package II - Laboratory refrigerated cabinet
