The purpose of this consultation is to award a design-build contract for the renovation and related works of the catchment structures used to supply Didier's drinking water production plant. This operation concerns the catchment works of Duclos, Dumauzée, Absalon 1 and Absalon. This procedure is restricted. It takes place in 2 distinct phases:

- a 1 re analysis and selection phase of the applications,

- a 2 e phase of analysis and selection of the offers submitted by the selected candidates.
