The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as of late. — “Law on Forests”) for implementation in the area of Sulęcin Forest District in 2022. shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. The law of public procurement and implementing acts to the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding EU thresholds. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275, late to the “Forests Act”) to be implemented in the Sulęcin Forest District in the year 2022 in the Glisno Forestry.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
