The purpose of this contract is to describe the content of the service for the management of a residential center for pregnant women and / or with children under six years of age lacking economic resources and / or social support networks of the Community of Madrid, establishing the obligations, technical conditions and specific activities that must be assumed and developed by the entity awarded the same.

It is therefore a residential resource of comprehensive care specialized in maternity, which will be developed in a single residential center that the awarding entity offers. The contracted capacity of this center will be 30 places, without prejudice to the total authorized capacity.
