The subject of the contract are successive (according to orders) deliveries of pharmaceutical products to the Company-Regional Pharmacy, Outpatient Clinic with the Sick Chamber of the Detention Center in Warsaw-Białołęka.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the price form (Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract).
