The Assignment is divided into two lots, namely: Tax advice; Competition advice.

Within the scope of this Assignment, the Assignments below are provided.

Sales tax

Advice on sales tax (VAT activities) includes the following services: Review completed decision trees; Conducting objection and appeal procedures; Real estate transactions (sales tax and transfer tax); Advice on optimising the VAT position; Risk management of turnover tax;(Advice on) transactions outside government tasks (economic activities). Supporting the RDW in contacts with the Tax and Customs Administration regarding turnover tax.

Corporation tax

Corporate tax advice includes the following services: Review completed decision trees; Advice and support calculation model; Possibility to support in operational activities for the declaration of Vpb; Advice on assessment of activities with the help of company testing and government task exemption; Supporting the RDW in contacts with tax authorities regarding corporate tax.

Payroll tax Advising on payroll taxes, social security and social security contributions and WNT; Scan payroll administration; Advising on legislation and regulations in the field of payroll taxes; Advising (laws and regulations) in the field of WKR final levy; Advising on pension regulations.

Horizontal supervision Advising on compliance with the Tax Control Framework.
