1. The subject of the order is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, commune Osieczna, province wielkopolskie and transport to installations for the purpose of managing in the recovery process (R) of waste code 20 03 07. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with applicable law and the decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 anticipated for collection and management by the Contractor during the contract period, i.e. from the date of signing the contract until 31.1.2020 is approximately 3,270.00 Mg.

1. The subject of the order is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, commune Osieczna, province wielkopolskie and transport to installations for the purpose of managing in the recovery process (R) of waste code 20 03 07. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with applicable law and the decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 anticipated for collection and management by the Contractor during the contract period, i.e. from the date of signing the contract until 31.1.2020 is approximately 3,270.00 Mg.

3. Waste constituting the subject of the order comes from the selective collection of bulky waste from property owners, collected through direct collection in the so-called traveling collections and through Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK).

4. The Employer requires that the Contractor's reaction time, i.e. the performance of the service to the Employer's notification, not more than 24 hours from the moment of notification, counting the working days. At the same time, the Employer requires that the Contractor provide a waste collection service from the Employer in the abovementioned in point 3.4. estimated monthly quantities no later than by the 10th day of the next month of the service, with a minimum frequency of 3 courses per day. The contracting authority allows a smaller number of courses, in the absence of waste ready for collection.

5. The Purchaser reserves the right to collect any amount of waste by the Contractor for technical, technological and logistic reasons, and thus does not provide transport batches.

6. The Awarding Entity allows the Contractor to carry out shredding of bulky waste on the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania before providing the service of collecting and managing the waste in question. All costs related to the fragmentation of waste shall be borne by the Contractor and should include them in the offer price.

7. The procedure for collecting waste constituting the subject of the contract:

a) Within 3 days of signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with information regarding vehicles delegated by the Contractor to provide transport services, including the type of vehicle, vehicle registration number and driver's name.

In the event of a change of means of transport or the introduction of additional vehicles, the Contractor is always obliged to notify the Employer in advance of the above, making the appropriate notification along with providing vehicle documents confirming compliance with the requirements set out in the ToR.

b) Each weighing of collected waste will take place on the scale of the Employer located at the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania and will be confirmed by a receipt.

c) Documents referred to in point b) above will constitute the basis for the Employer to issue a collective waste transfer card at the end of each month, constituting the basis for settlements between the Employer and the Contractor.

d) The Contractor, after each month of performing the service, is obliged to provide a declaration on the manner of waste management.

8. Place and date of collection of waste being the subject of the order - Waste Management Plant in Trzebania, Trzebania 15, 64-113 Osieczna, on business days from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 21.00. The Purchaser also allows the possibility of collecting waste on Saturdays between from 7.00 to 15.00., after prior agreement with the Employer.
