Subject of this public contract for the supply of two software systems: the contract concerns the supply, installation and preparation of a user-friendly software program for creating, transmitting and planning work orders and room reservations.
The tenderer preferably offers a SAAS solution (cloud) that is fully managed by the tenderer or its partner. Backups are included in this offer. (The SLA states what availability can be expected and how updates / upgrades work; see also the appendix "generic software purchase file" for the city of Beringen, which includes a number of requirements).
If new or additional hardware must be purchased in the context of this assignment, the tenderer must include the cost price thereof in the quotation and in the inventory with the one-off costs.
