The scope of the tender consists of the following services that are carried out under the direction of the Contracting Authority:

• Technical application management IRIS;

• Release maintenance and management IRIS.

For the execution of the application management and release-based maintenance of IRIS, a File Agreements and Procedures & Service Level Agreement is used, see also Annex XII DAP & SLA IRIS. This describes in the SLA part what level of service is expected and in the DAP part a list of the management components and any additional agreements/procedures.

Through this tender, Contracting Authority intends to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for technical application management and release maintenance for an initial period of three (3) years. Contracting authority shall have a unilateral, optional renewal option of seven (7) times one (1) year. The present contract in this tender represents a historical value of € 1,000,000.00 per year excluding VAT divided into € 288,000.00 for technical application management and € 712,000.00 for release-based maintenance.
