Ordered object:

"Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation and execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the western quay of the Elbląg River along the line of the Granary Island" as part of the task:

"Revitalization of the Granary Island in Elbląg – the area intended for investments of the Factory Programme"

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation and the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the western quay of the Elbląg River along the line of the Granary Island" as part of the task: "Revitalization of the Granary Island in Elbląg – the area intended for investments of the Factory Program"

The contracting authority informs that the task will be co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance Programme: Strategic Investment Programme.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

1. The subject of the order describes the functional and utility program zał. NO. 11 to SWZ.

2. The subject of the Order is:

1) Elaboration of the dock. proj.-koszt.strengthening and development of the western bank of the Elbląg River on the sections: B-C, D-E, E-F, F-G along the line of the Granary Island.

2) Execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the western quay of the Elbląg River on the sections: B-C, D-E and E-F along the line of the Granary Island and development of coastal areas; construction of technical infrastructure; equipping quays with mooring devices and adjusting the depth of the river to the needs of navigation.

3. Order Range:

1) Scope I – scope of design work, including:

a) obtaining a map for design purposes

b) making an inventory of the quay

c) performing geotechnical surveys

d) development of a construction project

e) development of STWiORB, fire safety instructions, information on BIOZ

f) execution of bills of quantities and cost estimates of works

g) preparation of a summary statement of costs

h) making all consents and permits, arrangements necessary for the implementation of the task, obtaining consents of owners of technical devices and networks, owners of plots to make the land available and other documents related to the performance of the contract, and required by applicable law: permits, including all required environmental permits, water and legal permits, decisions, withdrawals, agreements, technical conditions, implementation conditions, conditions for connection to the network, conditions for removing collisions, sanitary, hygienic and fire protection arrangements

i) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party approval of the documentation by the Voivodship Office for the Protection of Monuments in Olsztyn, Delegation in Elbląg

j) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party a building permit for the scope of works covered by the study and requiring a building permit

2) Scope II - scope of construction works, i.e. reconstruction and development of quays with the necessary infrastructure, in the scope of:

a) section B – C (Wybrzeże Gdańskie)

b) section D – E (Wybrzeże Gdańskie)

c) section E – F (Wybrzeże Gdańskie)

d) parking lot up to 200 parking spaces at Warszawska Street

e) making a pedestrian – driving route from Wybrzeże Gdańskie Street towards Warszawska Street

f) making an information board

g) preparation of as-built documentation

h) execution of instructions for operation and operation: facility, installation and equipment related to the quay

6) the Contractor's statement on the validity of the information contained in the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPL, in the scope of the grounds for exclusion from the procedure indicated by the Ordering Party, referred to in:

a) Article 108(1)(3) of the PPL,

b) Article 108(1)(4) of the PPL, concerning the prohibition of applying for a public contract as a precautionary measure,

c) Article 108(1)(5) of the PPL concerning the conclusion of an agreement with other Contractors aimed at distorting competition,

d) Article 108(1)(6) of the PPL,

e) Article 109(1)(1) of the PPL, regarding the breach of obligations regarding the payment of local taxes and fees referred to in the Act of 12.01.91. about local taxes and fees

7) Information from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners, if separate regulations require entry in this register, drawn up not earlier than 3 months before its submission;

If Wyk. has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3) point 3.poz. 1),3)-5) and 7) announcements - submits documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of 23.12.2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that may be requested by the order from wyk.
