The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for electrician services. One of the objectives of the framework agreement is ensuring efficiency for the procurement processes. It is also a goal that the framework agreement will ensure stability and predictable frameworks.

The idea is that the framework agreement will cover most of the contracting authority's continual need for the services mentioned in this contest. The contracting authority will have the right, but not an obligation, to use the framework agreement. Some of the tasks can be solved by internal capacity, or in collaboration with other municipalities. Large/special projects can be published as new tender contests by the contracting authority.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the area mentioned below. The intention is to award a contract to several tenderers within the contract area, so that the contracting authority has its need met through parallel framework agreements.

The contracting authority will split each contract area into 2 zones. A framework agreement will be awarded to 3 tenderers in each zone, provided that a sufficient number of tenderers are received from qualified tenderers in the contest.

Zone 1 — the area covers the previous Holmestrand Municipality;

Zone 2 — the area covers the previous Sande Municipality.
