The subject of the contract is the service of protection of persons and property carried out in the form of direct physical protection and technical security in the area managed by the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A.
1. The subject of the contract is a service for the protection of persons and property carried out in the form of direct physical protection and technical security in the area managed by the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Description of the subject of the contract with attachments (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the PGA Protection Plan with the "Restricted" clause, the Ordering Party may not make this part of the PGA available on the website of the proceedings. In connection with the above, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility for the Contractor to familiarize himself with the above-mentioned document on the spot, at the Headquarters of the Ordering Party. An application for access to the PGA Protection Plan drawn up on the model constituting Annex 11 to the PGA should be sent no later than 14 days before the deadline for submitting tenders to the address of the piotr.nowotczynski@portgdansk.pl. The application must be accompanied by documents confirming:
- Admission to work with classified information with the "Restricted" clause, in accordance with the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information for the Contractor's representative, authorized to inspect the PROTECTION PLAN of the PGA SA.
The application and documents should be sent in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature by a person authorized to represent the Contractor.
When the PGA Protection Plan is made available, no answers will be given by the Representatives of the Ordering Party to questions regarding the above-mentioned plan, the subject of the contract or SWZ.
Getting acquainted with the PGA Protection Plan is optional and is not a prerequisite for submitting an Offer. All information needed to calculate the price and submit the Offer has been included in the tender documents made available on the website of the proceedings.
Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the PGA Protection Plan with the "Restricted" clause, it cannot be the subject of explanations of the content of the PGA referred to in point 17.4 of the SWZ.
Pursuant to point 3 of the above-mentioned Application for access to the PGA Protection Plan, the Contractor is obliged to:
a) maintaining the confidentiality of information contained in the PGA Protection Plan;
b) use the information provided, referred to in point (a) above, only for the purposes of preparing and submitting the Offer;
(c) take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information made available as referred to in point (a) above.
