Establishment of a hazard management system (GMS):

The GMS has interfaces to security technology and building management technology as well as to communication technology. Workflows are used to link events of the subsystems and display the employee in the station or in the security gate.

The previous video management system is to be expanded into a hazard management system.

Summary Summary Hazard Management System:

— Standardised interfaces maintained by the manufacturer,

— Guided and documented handling of events,

— Reduction of false positives by combining subsystems (e.g. fence detection and video detection),

— Upgrade the interfaces to IP-based (OPC server).

The following aspects are considered:

— staff safety endangered by assaults,

— safety of the population by fleeing patients,

— exposure to staff and patients from fire.

The hazard management system supports security personnel in their task to keep these risks in mind and to act quickly and correctly in the event of such incidents.

Eligible costs for alarm system, access control, telecommunications equipment, escape door control, data transmission networks and emergency signalling:

— EUR 2 714 235.00 (net).

Gradual assignment:

The Client shall instruct the Contractor to perform the 3 HOAI service phase by concluding the contract. The client reserves the right to call up further services upon continuation of the planning and execution of the construction project (level 2: LPH 5-7 HOAI; level 3: LPH 8-9 HOAI)

Schedule of service phases:

— LPH 3+4 HOAI: 11/2021-04/2022,

— LPH 5 HOAI: 06/2022-11/2022,

— LPH 6+7 HOAI: 09/2022-07/2023

— LPH 8 HOAI: 01/2023-11/2025.
