Vestby kommune has decided to construct a new Brevik School, which shall replace the current Brevik School. The Brevik Primary School and Community Centre is situated in the residential area Store Brevik furthest south in Vestby kommune.

It has been decided that the school shall be demolished and a new school shall be built on the gravel pitch near the existing school.

The area is currently subject to zoning. The new school area shall have access and parking from the Falkeveien road.

The school is planned to be a 1-7 school and shall primarily be designed for 476 pupils and approximately 40 employees.

Vestby kommune invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of an engineering design group (PG) that shall provide engineering design services related to the engineering design of the new Brevik School.

Vestby kommune wishes to enter into an agreement with an engineering design group that can be in charge of the engineering design of the New Brevik School. The project is divided in the following phases:

— Phase 1 a draft/preliminary project with application for general permission;

— Phase 2 preparation of requirement specifications and drafts for the engineering, procurement and construction contract and descriptions and furnishing plans for the furniture and fittings;

— Phase 3 detailed engineering design — option;

Phase 3 is subject to option. This means that the contracting authority has the right, but is not obliged to transfer phase 3 (the detailed engineering design) to the turnkey contractor.
