1. This order will be carried out in 15 locations of the Ordering Party located throughout Polish.

2. The subject of the contract is round-the-clock protection of the property of the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection and the Provincial Inspectorates for Environmental Protection in the form of monitoring with the use of intervention groups along with a review of monitoring systems.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract with a specific scope of activities", respectively for each of the locations. This description should be read together with changes to the terms of reference, e.g. as a result of replies to contractors' inquiries.

4. In the context of the present proceedings, the contract has not been subdivided into further lots.

1. The subject of the contract is direct protection and supervision of property in 15 facilities of the Ordering Party located throughout Polish.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract" which contains a description of the scope of activities required for the Contracting Authority's facilities, respectively for each of the locations. This description should be read together with changes to the terms of reference, e.g. as a result of replies to contractors' inquiries.

3. The list of the Contracting Authority's facilities in which the branches of the Central Research Laboratory and the Regional Departments of Environmental Monitoring of the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection and the Provincial Inspectorate of Environmental Protection are located, together with their location, is included in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject of the contract".
