The complete recovery process consists of several parts. The process starts when a customer receives a tax bill. The recovery process ends when the customer has paid, the amount to be paid has been waived or the amount has been excluded from Recovery.
In the recovery process, various tasks are performed at different levels of difficulty and specialization. The RBG wants to continue to perform certain tasks (partially) itself. Other tasks can be outsourced.
The "Recovery" process consists of the following parts:
1. Hiring of Personnel, with the subcomponents:
a. Employee (s) collection;
b. Employee (s) special management; and
c. Bailiff(s).
2. Serving renewed orders; and
3. Handling Applications for Remission.
With regard to this European public tender, only the first activity is "Hiring Personnel" as described in section 1.7.2 in Scope.
