Meldal municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall construct a new 1-10 grade school. This is an invitation for construction of the building which shall be executed as construction works for building, general contract with coordinated technical contracts. The gross area of the building is 5 740 m2. Scheduled start of works is at the end of June 2011. The school shall be in use by the turn of the year 2012/2013.

The contract is divided as follows:

E20 construction works for buildings, general contract;

E31 plumbing engineering works;

E36 air treatment installation including automation;

E40 electro engineering works;

H62 lift;

The project is subject to the municipal council’s final approval regarding loan raising in accordance with agreed upon frames. This will be decided in a meeting held 26.5.2011.
