From 2023, the State of Berlin will provide € 1,700,000 (2024 & 2025 vsl. € 1,500,000) for the program "Funding of Educational and Information Work Projects in Development Policy". Of these, vsl. between 120 and 150 projects. We are looking for interested parties for the administration of this program. In addition, projects of selected grant recipients that are not funded by the programme are to be managed directly. Total volume of these projects approx. 750,000 €. There may be an increase in the appropriations to be managed per financial year. Should there be an increase in funds, the increased expenditure will be remunerated accordingly. The service includes application review on the basis of a pre-submitted concept on the quality and impact orientation of the submitted projects. Also part of the service are funds management, billing & proof of use check. Close communication with the National Agency for Development Cooperation is essential.
* Supervision of the programme "Promotion of educational and domestic work in development policy"
* Administrative support for other selected beneficiaries of the State Agency for Development Cooperation
* Support of the National Agency for Development Cooperation in the administrative-political field with regard to the first two points

The estimated total value given in II.2.6 refers to four years.
In 2023, 1.7 million euros in funding will be available for the 1 service package and 2,355,000 euros for the service package. According to the current state of budget negotiations, 1.5 million euros in funding is available for the 2024 ff for the 1 service package. No change is currently planned in service package 2. There may be additional funding in the course of a financial year, which is to be passed on by the service provider. Should additional funding be available, the remuneration would be adjusted accordingly.
For the submission of the tender, the calculation should be based on the currently available figures for the financial year 2023.
Contract changes in terms of remuneration are likely for the following years after 2023.
