The object of procurement is agency services in the area of corporate publishing for WBM's MITTENDRIN.-Mietermagazin. The magazine has been published quarterly as a print edition since 2021 and is distributed to around 32,500 WBM households in Berlin (focus: Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Mitte, Spandau). With regard to image and brand management, the tenant magazine represents an element of WBM's integrated corporate communications and fits into or complements the communication mix. It credibly conveys the brand essence of WBM to the target group of tenants. We are looking for a full-service agency that is responsible for the regular, high-quality publication of the WBM tenant magazine MITTENDRIN. as a print product. In addition, the agency is to be commissioned with the concept for the transfer of the MITTENDRIN. magazine from print to a digital product.

Estimated total volume: 4 issues per year as well as one-time conception of digital product

The maximum amount that can be called up under this framework agreement amounts to a total of EUR 420,000 net over a maximum contract period of 4 years.
