The subject of the contract is: "Maintaining order and cleanliness in buildings and on the premises of the unit managed by GDDKiA in Józefów, Al. Drogowców 1, 05-420 Józefów (Mazowieckie province)". The order includes: 1) cleaning in buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 2) repairs/replacement of worn elements of laundry, mixers and tumble dryers, 3) cleaning of the outdoor area: Sweeping / Snow removal, 4) cleaning of the barbecue shelter, 5) cleaning of roofs and gutters, snow removal of roofs and icicle removal.

It is recommended that Contractors make an on-site inspection of the service area. The date of the on-site inspection should be agreed with Ms. Anna Snopkiewicz or Ms. Anna Parol at the telephone number 22 789-37-10 on business days from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Volume III SWZ (OPZ). The Contracting Authority requires that persons providing services in the scope of the Subject of the Order be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor during the period of performance of the Agreement on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, 1700, 2140). Detailed requirements in this regard are specified in the PPU. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor or Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract to perform in person the key tasks referred to in Article 121 and Article 60 of the PPL, respectively. In accordance with Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (Dz. EU No L 229, 31.7.2014, p. 1, as amended) shall be prohibited from performing a public contract with the participation of subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied on within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU where they account for more than 10% of the contract value.
