This contract concerns mobile telephony supplies and services.

As part of this contract, the successful candidate(s) will provide satt ouest valorisation with the telephony equipment and services adapted to each of the lots to which it will respond.

The market is divided into two lots:

- Lot 1: provision of mobile telephone subscriptions

- Lot 2: Supply of mobile phones

Provision of mobile phone subscriptions

The applicant will propose the replacement of the existing mobile fleet. The renewal will take place over 3 years with approximately 22 phones replaced each year
