The subject of the contract is the service of granting and servicing a long-term bank loan contracted in the amount of PLN 9,588,060.00 (in words: nine million five hundred eighty-eight thousand sixty 00/100), of which to finance the deficit in the amount of PLN 8,559,000.00 and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of PLN 1,029,060.00.
1. The loan will be disbursed in the form of tranches to the basic account of the municipal budget, of which the probable dates of payment of tranches are: 18 December 2023 in the amount of PLN 7,500,000.00 and 25 December 2023 in the amount of PLN 2,088,060.00. The final amount and dates of transfer of the loan tranches will be agreed with the Contractor each time and submitted in the form of instructions no later than 1 business day before the loan tranche is disbursed. Applications to the Contractor will be sent by the Contracting Authority electronically. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to collect the full amount of the loan. In such a case, the Contractor shall not charge the Contracting Authority with the costs of the uncollected amount of the loan. 3. Repayments of principal instalments and interest are included in the main table of the Long-Term Financial Forecast of the Municipality of Sękowa, constituting Appendix No. 1 to Resolution No. LIII/515/2023 of the Council of the Municipality of Sękowa of 28 September 2023 on the amendment of the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the Municipality of Sękowa. 4. A grace period for repayment of the loan until 30 January 2024 is established. No grace period in the payment of interest is determined. 5. The repayment of the principal instalments will commence on 31 January 2024 and will last until 30 April 2034 and will not exceed the following amounts in individual years:
- in 2024 – PLN 6,610,000.00, - in 2025 – PLN 300,000.00, - in 2026 – PLN 300,000.00, - in 2027 – PLN 372,000.00, - in 2028 – PLN 406,060.00, - in 2029 – PLN 400,000.00, - in 2030 – PLN 200,000.00, - in 2031 – PLN 300,000.00, - in 2032 - PLN 300,000.00, - in 2033 - PLN 300,000.00, - in 2034 - PLN 100,000.00
The principal instalments will be repaid by the last day of a given month according to the schedule set out in the table set out in the Terms of Reference. 6. A full description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Terms of Reference.
