ROAF shall procure one brand-new material processing machine in accordance with the description in annex 1: ‘Kravspesifikasjon’ (‘Requirement specification’), including 6 years/8 000 operational hours complete service agreement and annual approval. The machine shall be used for moving and/or sorting mixed waste fractions. The machine shall mainly be used out-door, i.a. at disposal sites The machine will be operated in an area with a high noise and dust level, and solutions that provide good HSE quality, especially dust and noise protection are therefore emphasised. Beyond this, all characteristics of significance for the work environment, safety, stability, light, work range and maintenance will be considered.
