As part of its tasks, ETNIC must be able to perform the installation and troubleshooting of computer equipment in the administration (MCF) and for any IOPs of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation upon request.
ETNIC must therefore be able to have the facilities and troubleshooting necessary to cover the equipment and troubleshooting requirements of ETNIC and MFWB.
The objective of this contract is therefore to seek the services of a provider in order to enable ETNIC to ensure the installation and maintenance of computer equipment.
The IT department and in particular the services “Service Desk”, “Telecoms”, “Servers” and “Workstations” are affected by this market.
This contract is a service contract for computer facilities and maintenance.
It is composed of three positions and two required options and is structured as follows:
— Ext 1: installation on different sites of servers, network hardware, PC accessories and IP telephony;
— item 2: IT and telecommunications interventions at various sites.
Option 2.1) (required) Package for intervention and resolution (on the ADEPS site of the “Arcs en montagne” in France), the details of which are reflected in the technical and functional provisions of this contract (see point 4.2.6 of the SCC).
— Item 3: In order to best manage certain events not included in items 1 and 2, the AP is likely to apply for half-day lump-sum benefits.
Examples include managing a move from a service, installation of necessary equipment as part of a fair (book fair, SIEP, etc.).
Option 3.1) (required) flat-rate services ½ day (on the ADEPS site of the “Arcs en montagne” in France), the details of which are reflected in the technical and functional provisions of this contract (see point 4.2.6 of the SCC).
