The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of liquid helium in the amount of 10,000 liters, subject to the possibility of exercising the option right, covering an additional quantity of 5,000 liters, for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the demand reported by the Ordering Party.

2 The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the right of option referred to in Article 441(1) of the uPzp. The Contractor shall not be entitled to a claim for the exercise of the right of option.

3 As part of the right of option, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of purchasing additional liters of liquid helium in excess of the number specified for the basic order (i.e. more than 10,000 liters). The range of options includes a maximum of 5,000 additional liters of liquid helium.
