outdoor facilities
The bypass currently located in front of the historic building, flanked in the street area by low listed natural stone walls, will be retained or restored as a bypass and at the same time serves as access to the main entrance of the new extension structure through a new square-like widening to be made of natural stone slabs.
Between the bypass and the new wing of the building, a walkway is planned which, starting from the forecourt, connects to the existing walkway in front of the historic building and strengthens it in its function. The rear parking spaces and garages are accessed via a new driveway, consisting of concrete block pavement, along the northeastern boundary of the property. On this side there is also a supplier entrance with a delivery area as well as 2 handicapped accessible parking spaces, which are zoned by 3 tree beds. From these parking spaces as well as directly from the sidewalk on Herzog Wilhelm Straße, a handicapped-accessible access road, consisting of a sequence of several ramps and platforms, also paved in concrete block, leads directly next to the new access road to the front of the new building, where there is another entrance. The access road is designed with a slight gradient up to the supplier's entrance. In comparison, the adjacent public footpath along the northeastern property boundary has a relatively strong increase of 6.6% on average. The resulting difference in height is intercepted by angle stones that run through to the northwestern corner of the property.
The Winkelstein wall was already used at the stage of the construction of the construction site facilities.
and is not the benefit of this tender.
In the area of the access roads, the public sidewalk must be lowered.
