Vejle Sewage aims to reduce the discharge of unpurified sewage to the city's recipients, including Vejle Fjord, from the overflow construction works on the communal sewer. To achieve this, Vejle Sewage performs a wide range of actions in connection with the existing sewage system, and the hydraulic capacity of the Vejle Central Treatment Plant increases.

As an important part for the reduction of overflow to Vejle Fjord, Vejle Sewage wants to establish a larger storage capacity for fused wastewater at Vejle Centraltreatment plant. In addition, an additional inlet line will be established to be established from the existing sewer on the west side of Vejle Å to the new tanking plant at the treatment plant. These works are included in the task. The assignment includes a complete reprise, which mainly includes the design and establishment of 5000 m³ equalising basin, pumping station, regulation building works and wiring including approximately 425 lbm Ø1400 inlet pipe/piping basin

As an important part for the reduction of overflow to Vejle Fjord, Vejle Spilde water wants to establish a greater magazine capacity for laid-up sewage at the Vejle Centralrenseplant. In addition, additional supply line must be established to be established from existing sewer on the west side of Vejle Å to the new tank plant at the treatment plant.
