1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services “24/7 provision of patient nutrition services during the period of 36 months in the SPZOZ in Wyszków together with the lease of kitchen and auxiliary premises and equipment” based on the principles of GHP/GMP (principles of Good Hygienic Practice and Good Production Practice) and the HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system.
2. The service should be carried out in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2021).
3. The planned average monthly number of individuals in nutrition is 100 (including easily digestible diet - 60, basic diet - 10, five-meal - 30), with this number subject to change depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4. The Contractor undertakes to respond flexibly to the Contracting Authority's increased or reduced performance needs.
