Trondheim Parkering invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a self-service system for electronic parking, as well as operation and maintenance of the system.
The contracting authority would like, via this procurement, to establish a new self-service system for electronic parking. This includes a mobile payment system (app) and sms, including a back-system for public and private areas.
Trondheim Parkering focuses on the user. It is important to focus on simplicity for users, with the greatest possible degree of automation, assignment simplification and intuitive interface. The chosen system must, therefore, be so good that external customers and users prefer to use the services digitally and that internally it gives efficiency gains.
