The supply of proprietary pharmaceuticals to participating Authorities in the NHS Region: Midlands and East.

Period of Framework: 1.3.2018 — 29.2.2020. With an option to extend (at the Authority's discretion) for a period or periods up to a total of 24 months.

Products are listed in the ITO documents.

Each individual National Product Code (NPC) pack description in each of the regions (Midlands and East) is deemed to be a separate product for the application of the award criteria.

There is no restriction on the number of products that bidders can offer for, or be awarded.

The framework agreement is intended for use by the Department of Health, Public Health England and the NHS in England.

The framework may also be used by private sector contractors and agents working on behalf of the above.
