The object of the award is the operation of an MRP centre, which is responsible for handing over and coordinating already recorded on-call service cases to the on-call service's driving or home visit service as part of the appointment service in the Acute Service during the hours of service of the medical on-call service.

The subject of this call for tenders is solely the operation of an MRP center, which, as part of the appointment service center, acute accident during the service hours of the medical on-call service, mainly for handing over and coordinating already recorded on-call service cases to the driving or home visit service of the on-call service is responsible.

The first task of the bidder is to review the cases listed in the scheduling software for the on-call service's driving or home visit service with regard to the assessment of the care level and, if necessary, to another level of care (ambulance service, hospital emergency room, on-call service practice) mediate.
