In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A: Mainstream accommodation:

• 2 classrooms: 80 m2 each,

• additional toilets 8 m2.

Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of: 224 m2.

Section B: Special needs accommodation:

• 1 classroom safe base 70 m2,

• 1 classroom early intervention class 70 m2,

• student and staff toilets: 40 m2,

• 2 small safe place rooms 24 m2,

• multi-sensory room 20 m2,

• office, store and storage 46 m2.

Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 345.6 m2.

Giving a gross floor area for Section A and B (including circulation and internal walls) of 570 m2.

Also:

• secure hard and soft play area 200 m2,

• sensory garden 100 m2,

• 6 parking spaces.

Civil structural engineering services for additional accommodation at Tarmon NS, Co. Roscommon. Tarmon N.S. is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Diocese of Elphin.
