The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, timber carriage, maintenance of forest objects, incidental activities, seed production and nursery, to be performed in the Oborniki Śląskie Forest District in 2023 resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts ("Package")

Package 2.1 – forestry: Cieplice and Jary;

Package 2.2 – forestry: Zwierzyniec and Kraniec;

Package 2.3 – forestry: Lipnica and Rościsławice;

Package 2.4 – forestry: Prusice and Osolin;

Package 2.5 – forestry: Trzebnica and Pęgów;

Package 2.6 – forestry: Jara Nursery;

The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer made for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work.
