Coordination, organization and implementation of qualification measures for up to 6000 language support staff who, as part of the overall concept "Reliably Advancing Skills" (Kolibri) of the Ministry of Culture BW, the language support measure "Intensive Language Support Plus" (ISF +) in day care centers or in day care in other suitable Carry out or will carry out rooms.

The aim of the qualification measures is to enable language support staff in day care centers and in day care in other suitable rooms to use language support strategies when working with children in a qualified manner. Language support staff receive proof of the knowledge and skills acquired.

In terms of content, the implementation of the qualification for language support staff is based on the language support qualification concept 2Mit in Conversation with Children "(Kammermeyer et. Al. 2017b, 2017c), which qualifies for language education and support with, among others, under three and three to six year olds a theoretical and empirically based cross-level qualification concept that focuses on didactic knowledge and action and thus focuses on language support strategies and language support situations.

A qualification course comprises 10 qualification days, which must be completed within a maximum of 18 months. At least 15 people and a maximum of 20 people take part in a course. After successful participation, the participants receive a certificate of participation.

When implementing the qualification measure, multipliers are to be used, among others, who have been trained by PH Weingarten as part of the language support qualification concept "Talking to Children (MIKG)" and named by the Ministry of Culture.

The course instructors go through a certification process for the qualitative implementation of the qualification measures.

The qualification measure is to be evaluated using an instrument coordinated with the Ministry of Education.
